Rebecca grew up visiting her dad at Sports Illustrated, watching writers, editors, photographers, and designers pull together entire issues on impossibly tight timelines. She never fell in love with sports—but she did fall for the magic of turning chaos and ideas into a tangible product.

Rebecca is a Senior Design Manager who blends storytelling and strategy to build digital experiences that actually perform. Over the past 14+ years, she’s partnered with enterprise brands, high-growth startups, and agencies to launch products, improve conversion, and unlock new paths to revenue—all grounded in data, but led by creativity.

At her core, Rebecca is a storyteller and problem-solver, drawn to making complex ideas clear and memorable through design. Her work spans visual systems, digital experiences, and content that connects—bringing together research, analytics, product, and storytelling in a way that feels both thoughtful and effective.

Previously, she was Creative Director at Flow Hydration, where she led brand strategy, website development, and ecommerce marketing—guiding a multidisciplinary team across digital, print, packaging, and photo/video. Earlier in her career, she shaped brand experiences at Uncommon Goods, led product launches at a boutique packaging agency, and crafted editorial design alongside Walter Bernard and Milton Glaser.

Her work spans brands including Panasonic, The Clinton Foundation, Procter & Gamble, Lexus, ESPN, Sephora, and Johns Hopkins, among others.

Rebecca currently resides in DC, with her partner and two children. Her current hobbies include exhaustive playground exploration, overly ambitious cake decorating, and planning beach escapes.
